Japan VCCI approval is for electromagnetic of IT power supply units, belongs to EMC, which is voluntary. Only VCCI authorized Lab can issue it and make reports. Meanwhile, only switching power supply manufacturers with VCCI membership can use VCCI Mark and have to pay annual fees.
